Temptations & Her`

Anorexic , Bulimic or Eating Disorders.
Either way, we've experienced it or we know someone who does.

Trust me. Living in a 100% urbanised city, its hard to say that we are living a healthy lifestyle.
Stop living in denial and look around you.

--> In a study of children aged 8-10, approximately 50% of girls said they were unhappy with their size.

--> In a study of girls aged 9-15, more than 50% claimed they exercised to lose weight, nearly 50% claimed they reduced food intake in order to lose weight, and approximately 5% claimed to use their parents' diet pills or laxatives in order to lose weight.

Lose weight.
The common factor. Why is it always an issue?
Because you want to look good? Be skinny & bony so that you can get a size ZERO when you shop?
Because being FAT will shun others from befriending you?
and I aint talking about obese people (no offence please) but it's these normal average size youths that are completely acceptable in their BMI.

and these paranoid kids are seriously forming new norms that I'm sure many has already followed. Regrettably, I know I did but you have a choice to deviate and I am doing so.
and what makes the icing on top is that those under weight kids are constantly whinning that they have flabs and chubby cheeks and fat tummy and that those are such an obstructions to their oh-I-can't-breathe kinda shirt.

and by starving and hurting yourself, it just won't work.
if you can treasure those Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Prada goods, why can't you treasure yourself?
God has given you the most beautiful present you can ever hold onto and it is YOURSELF.
you are given many "free passes" to purchase those items in your life but how many "free passes" were you given for your LIFE?
and hear me out, this does not ONLY applies to females.
Ostensibly, MALES too.

--> Studies suggest that 5 to 10 percent of people with anorexia or bulimia are males.

--> about
1 million boys and men suffer from eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, or other associated dietary conditions.

So what's up with me and statistic on Eating disorders?
Too instil self awareness on the importance of how eating disorders has affected us not only by genders but as a society too?
Or that I'm simply paranoid to lose weight too?

*go figure*

Lust, Greed & Gluttony.
3 famous cardinal sins out of the 7 deadly ones.
Humans are surrounded with temptations all around them and of course, working assidiously as possible, the devil (as what it seemed to be) would lure weak souls into his trap, indulging them into the 7 cardinal inevitable sins.

Admit it.
We all are trapped .... or ARE we really? Something of which we can't be sure of sometimes happened to be clear with a blink of an eye. Sins. We never get tired of it do we?
The Sins of Indulgence.
question is ..... Can YOU resist?
