You showed me happiness. You restored my faith. You showered me with unconditional love.
We could talk all day and night, just forgetting about the hustle and bustle of the city, just you and me both indulging in each others warmth and company. We could run around naked for all we care because no one else mattered, no judgments, no assumptions.
The circumstance that brought us together was a funny thing.. Despite all odds, it is you who I turned to. It is you who I called for. It is you, all along. Perhaps the mind clouded my visions but the heart knows what it wants.. And god, I thank you for that.
Perhaps..
I may be broken, tainted and incomplete in every part of my soul and body but you, you made me feel whole. Somehow it felt as if i finally found the missing part of the puzzle. You of all flaws and perfections, you made me believe in happiness, in love, in reality.
I may not be the girl you dream of, the girl who possess great confidence, power and wealth, for all i could offer you is my broken soul. And it is this that you've accepted me for that I'm humbled..
I may not be ready for you now but given time and opportunity, if god's willing, I would. For you, for me, for us.(:
